Howard Johnson's Cares

My business partner Jim Sagona, of John L. Scott Real Estate in Puyallup, contacted Richard Kumar and shared our Bath in a Bag Project. Without hesitation Mr. Kumar agreed he wanted to participate in the community to benefit the families we are serving. A special thanks for a donation of 400 soaps, shampoos, lotions and tooth brushes from Mr. Kumar and Howard Johnson's in Fife. Mr. Kumar’s General Manager, Amy Hartman was also of great help in fulfilling the donation. Its through the participation and generosity of individuals like Richard and Amy and local businesses like Howard Johnson's in Fife that our intention for fulfillment of the Bath in a Bag project will be a great success.

Bath in a Bag Shopping Spree

The community around us is amazing in the form of generosity. At the onset of our project we approached a store manager at our local Fred Meyer Store in Kent, Wa. Who we found was Kevin Zoch, a father, store manager and a giving person who understood the value our project would bring to families with Kids in care. Kevin immediately granted an in store shopping card so we could purchase items to make up 15 sample bags. Kevin made a significant contribution as we set off on our task of enrolling others in the possibilities of a successful project.
Thank you Kevin for your help and really making a difference in helping us roll out Bath in a Bag to our primary supporters. You Rock.

Bath in a Bag Never Looked So Good

Thanks to Anza Evans for creating such a wonderful Flyer for our project. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how effective it is in conveying our intentions for helping our community. Anza, your creative contribution is greatly appreciated.
If you are interested in receiving a copy, I would be happy to send a PDF file to you. You may contact me at 253-951-2249.
